Coming Up Miss Drag South Africa 2025

Miss Drag South Africa is a pageant in transit, meaning that the organisation is committed in hosting the pageant in different cities all around South Africa.

Our reigning Miss Drag SA 2024 – Anastasia K-Boney

The debut event, in 2017, was hosted in Stellenbosch, Western Cape that saw educator, Zilin Ayoki crowned at the end of the night, thereafter the windy city of Gqeberha hosted the second edition where Vinny Vicky, an entrepreneur from the same town took the crown.

In 2019, South Africa’s administrative city, Tshwane, Gauteng hosted the pageant where Belinda Qaqamba Ka-Fassie, a Masters Student in Education (Stellenbosch University) was crowned.

In 2021, in the midst of a Covid-19 lockdown, the pageant moved from an in-person event to a hybrid edition. The pandemic required us to think creatively and strategically on what type of organisation we want to be. Miz, Campbell, the reigning queen embodies these attributes as an advocate of visibility representation and inclusion.
